a. that in the framework the smoothness and effectiveness of the performance of rattan export and to keep continuity of the supply of rattan industry raw material, it is necessary to amend Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 12/M-DAG/PER/6/2005 concerning Provisions on the Export of Rattan;
b. that based on consideration as intended in paragraph a, it is necessary to stipulate Regulation of the Minister of Trade;

4. Presidential Decree No. 187/M/2004 concerning the Formation of United Indonesia Cabinet, as amended several times, the latest by Presidential Decision No. 171/M/2005;
5. Presidential Regulation No. 9/2005 concerning the Position, Task, Function, Organizational Structure and Work Mechanism of Ministries of the Republic of Indonesia, as several times amended, the latest by Presidential Decision No. 20/2008;
6. Presidential Regulation No. 10/2005 concerning the Organizational Unit and Task of First Echelon Officials of Ministries of the Republic of Indonesia, as several times amended, the latest by Presidential Regulation No. 21/2008;
7. Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 558/MPP/Kep/12/1998 concerning General Provisions in Export, as several times amended, the latest by Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 01/M-DAG/PER/1/2007;
8. Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 01/M-DAG/PER/3/2005 concerning the Organizational Structure and Work Mechanism of the Ministry of Trade, as amended several times, the latest by Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 34/M-DAG/PER/8/2007;
9. Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 12/M-DAG/PER/6/2005 concerning Provisions on the Export of Rattan, as amended several times, the latest by Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 29/M-DAG/PER/7/2007.
REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE CONCERNING THE THIRD AMENDMENT TO REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE No. 12/M-DAG/PER/6/2005 CONCERNING PROVISIONS ON THE EXPORT OF RATTAN
Provisions in Article 3 paragraph (3) of Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 12/M-DAG/PER/6/2005 concerning Provisions on the Export of Rattan, is amended, so Article 3 in whole reads as follows:
"Article 3
(1) The quantity of Raw Rattan and Semi Finished Rattan that can be exported nationally as intended in Article 2 paragraph (1) and paragraph (3) must pay due observance on the preservation of rattan plants and requirements of raw material for domestic rattan industry.
(2) The quantity of Raw Rattan and Semi Finished Rattan that can be exported annually as intended in Article 2 paragraph (1) and paragraph (3) every year shall be stipulate by Minister of Trade by taking consideration inputs from relevant agencies/institutions.
(3) The volume of Raw Rattan and Semi Finished Rattan that can be exported for period July 1, 2008 until June 30, 2009 is as stated in the Attachment of this Ministerial Regulation."
This Ministerial Regulation shall come into force on the date of stipulation.
For public cognizance, this Ministerial Regulation shall be published by placing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
